ACR (for Officials in Grade 05 to 16) is the official Annual Confidential Report / Performance Evaluation Report form issued by the Government of Sindh for ministerial and non-gazetted officials in Grades 05 to 16. It is used for annual performance assessment, conduct evaluation and service record maintenance and plays a vital role in matters relating to confirmation, efficiency and promotion within Sindh Government departments.
